If luffy cant complete it he gets zoro.
if they cant complete it well shit.

STAGE: DRESSROSA

Luffy by himself stops at 3, Kisame's water will cripple him. However, Zoro and Luffy working together stop at 8 or 9.

Luffy should be able to 1 shot KIsame.Even if he gets nerfed by water if he could put down Hody on loads of roids he could take Kisame.Speed and precog should also give him a great shot at bringing him down.

i doubt luffy can get tagged by any of kisame's wáter jutsus, specially when he was shown to be able to outrun explosions.

ignoring kisame because he has a serious advantage over luffy due to the water weakness then he stops at 9. 8 if by kyuubi chakra mode you mean the one he can do the bijuu dama with but most times i see kyuubi chakra mode they're talking about the one he fought the 3rd raikage with so he can win against that one.

Although if kisame doesn't go for the huge water bubble thing he fought bee in straight away then luffy can dodge all of his attacks and take him out with ease so he wins that one anyway.

With zoro they get to 10 but then i think it can go either way. luffy and zoro can potentially pull a win since they are physically much higher than hashi but they gotta get through a lot of wood first. hashirama would need to go sage mode and bring out the big guns straight away for him to not lose which is not in character from what we've seen. he can win though since luffy and zoro can only attack conventionally while the first can sit back and let his element do all the work for him so they'll need the teamwork. actually if madara goes perfect susanoo out the gate its the same result but thats also not in character and alive madara doesn't have the best feats.
