I would say you should switch Tommy and Hanya Panda reason being because Tommy has Parasite Emperor.
I say Luffy stops at 4, Tommy has thousands of bugs plus the Parasite Emperor.

Is the famished red nitro the one from the gourmet pyramid or the one from cooking fest? cause if its the former then i say he clears. if not then he stops at 6. tommy and the panda could give him trouble but hes too fast for both of them. i reckon most of tommy's bugs could be conqueror haki'd even.

I agree with falbium he stops at 4. Tommy was unaffected by the cold and ripped toriko a new one. I don't think luffy can take him yet, let's wait for gear 4 first

i think luffy can take tommy as he is now. poundman was quite impressive because it appeals to speed power and defense.

hanya however would be kinda too much...

Current Luffy smashes until Hanya Panda puts him down after a decent fight. If he can possibly use a Jet Gatling Kong Gun or Jet Rhino Schnider, he can beat the Panda but go no further
