UN recreated a universe and has destroyed a universe , but Gio easily survived pucci universal + reset, so I give this to Gio

Also, Omnivortex, when did GIO survive Puccie's universal blow up? he didn't appear in part 6 and the arrow fell out of GE at the end of part 5.

GER isn't about power. It's about causality manipulation. Its stats even say power is meaningless to GER. GER will prevent Galactus from firing the Ultimate Nullifier to begin with.

Exactly GER would stop UN from activating.
So GER both scenarios and he isn't universal since casualty manipulation isn't something you scale iv'e talked with EVA about this.

To Gold Experience Requiem range should be completely irrelevant. As you know, it can act within erased time as it negated Diavolo's attacks in erased time and put him in a death loop through causality manipulation. However, GER doesn't simply transcend time, it also transcends space because time and space are two sides of the same coin, you can't have time without having space and vice versa, there's a reason why they're called space-time instead of time AND space. So when Diavolo erases time, he also erases space, and so that means GER acted in both of the absence of time and space, or should I say, space-time. And so when you transcend space-time you transcend 4 dimensions, making distance and duration completely irrelevant. And that also means that GER is effectively a hyper-dimensional entity, at least 5-dimensional.

But then comes the next part, GER doesn't simply control causality, it also controls probability as these two are also two sides of the same coin and you can't have one without the other, look up probabilistic causation; these two concepts exist across all of existence because they are fundamental pivotal concepts, so that also means that GER's powers aren't "multiversal", they are way beyond that, they apply to all of creation, further cemented by GER transcending space-time.

And Kuro just because the arrow fell out doesn't mean he didn't keep GER.
At the same time Araki didn't put Gio in part 6 because he was too powerful which signifies more than likely that he kept GER.
Not to mention the fact that he was mentioned as all of Dio's sons were drawn to Pucci he was in Florida somewhere.

Galactus cant be manipulate by Cause and effect like powers he would raise his fist and destroy the universe.

why has he been harmed by other marvel characters before then? just a legit question, like how can odin hurt galactus?

Odin doesn't have Cause and effect powers.....so I don't see how that is of any importance as Galactus has feats that put him on Universe to Multiverse level.

because odin's power is below universal. which means attacks below universal work on galactus

That's not logical here as Galactus tanked a blast that caused Multi-Galaxy destruction.

I dont think Giorno has such Durability or attacks as his Universe reset wouldn't affect a guy who has time traveling and time manipulation.

Fact is Galactus wins no diff.

Galactus has busted a universe just by raising his fist and tanked it his own attacks and went toe and toe with the Phoniex force (Which is also a universe busting entity.)
