The Anime/ Manga Expendables VS The Avengers

Rules

The anime / manga team are current or end of series or at  certain arc to make fair  , Tony gets to use any and all his armors if needed , Thor can go in to warrior madness if needed , No BFR if not fair , the weaker members of the avengers get 1 month of prep so they get shield tech , etc if needed not including ironman , standard equipment for all , all in character , speed can be equal if needed to be fair , no soloing from either side , scarlet witch can not go "no more anime team" to win so no house of M Wanda

Thor could potentially solo. Where are they? If not on earth thor would just destroy the planet. Also Herc may be able to take Toriko by himself. Vision solos as well

there is no soling or one character taking out the whole team in this fight , it 's in the rules
