Reiatsu does not = Chakra (So no genjutsu or crush bullshit)

No one shot kills or techniques right off the bat (KS shikai wank, Kamishini no Yari wank or Amaterasu wank -> Blaze release is still allowed)

Starting Distance 200 Yards

Round 1: Regular Fight

Round 2: Bloodlusted

EMS Sasuke as about 2 incarnations, the one where he beat Danzo and battled Raikage, and the fourth shinobi war incarnation. Both are the same but in the war, Sasuke just fully awakened it. EMS was still pretty hard to use before.
