You mean SSJ4 Gogeta? If so probably. Guys like Beerus, Whis & Chanpa are the real gods of the universe and other realms, i don't see even Gogeta comparing to that. Plus they got the feats to back them up like traveling across the universe and dimensions at MFTL and busting planets with one casual shot.
