Godzilla Atomic Breath vs popular Manga Characters

Ok so let's gauge the defensive strength of some of the current most popular manga characters against a full power Atomic Breath attack from Final Wars Godzilla.

Rules:
- Character must take the attack but can use whatever defensive ability they want
- Character are current or EoS unless otherwise stated
- Simply gauging if the character survives or not

Contestants:

1) Monkey D. Luffy (One-Piece)
2) Dangai Ichigo (Bleach)
3) Natsu (Fairy Tail)
4) Naruto (Naruto)
5) Marco the Phoenix (One-Piece)
6) Kenpachi (Bleach)
7) Melodias (Seven Deadly Sins)
Toriko - Cooking Festival (Toriko)
9) Aladdin (Magi)
10) Zebra - Current (Toriko)

Is Mel allowed to use Full Counter? If not, he dies horribly.

Only Toriko and Zebra are surviving a direct attack.

Mel is allowed to use Full Counter. Everyone is allowed to use whatever method possible to survive the attack except for dodging or BFR the attack. For example Naruto can try to deflect it with nine tail chakra cloak and TBB. Luffy can try to block with Haki elephant gun. Etc, etc, etc

7,9 and 10 can block or counter.

they rest would probably die.

actually, i think naruto can also block with gudou dama so he survives too.

Can't Ken just swing his sword, making a similar effect like when he dispersed the meteor? or is that cheating? We could always just power-scale him taking off his eye-patch.
Also from what we've seen of Marco, he'd probably tank it through DF hax.
7, 9 could counter it & 10 could tank it.
Other characters would be a stretch.

Nope that is not cheating. As long as the character doesn't dodge or BFR the attack its all good
