It's more an issue of what kind of transcendence he possessed at that point. He was a 3 dimensional being, FGT was a 4 dimensional being. He also tanked Ichigo's existence wipe Mugetsu; so yes, Aizen when he fought Ichigo is above Yhwach.

If he had the Hogyoku it'd be possible. It rejected him after Ichigo hit him with Mugetsu. + Yhwach is absorbing the soul king so it's prob not going to stand.

Personally i would've put yhwach at the top for now above FGT ichigo since it seems like ichigo is gonna be stronger than he was when he beat aizen by the time he beats yhwach.

Everything below the top level is hugely up to speculation so i won't critique the rest but i would put yhwach above everyone else currently since apparently ichigo is now as strong as his dangai incarnation after slicing the soul king and just touching yhwach burned his arm.
