Sins take it imo. King has him beat in DC, Mel can Full Counter all of his projectile and energy attacks (along with being able to make copies of himself), Ban can drain his stats with Physical Hunt, Diane can keep him off balance and on the defensive with her earth manipulating abilities, and Gowther could potentially mindrape him.

All of them combined+superior hax+superior stats+superior speed+superior numbers and they take it pretty easily imo. Adding in Merlin makes it a full blown stomp.

1 on 1 and Madara owns but all together I think the Sins proabbly win with high difficulty. Susanoo and meteors would be a pain though.

round 1 would be pretty damn difficult for Madara to win against the sins but in round 2 goodbye Madara nice knowing you adding merlin in pretty much makes it a sure win for the sins.

what if i added kurama for the second round?

Hmm I could still see Madara loosing just not as bad reason being if Kurama fired off a bijuudama it would get reflected thanks to Mel counter. And King hax could most likely put Kurama down and since it's a big target it makes it kind of easier to hit.

Adding Kurama is a bad idea, it just gives Mel more ammo to Full Counter. Imagine a bijuudama... TIMES SIX. Madara would be fucked lol

That's right he can do that now I totally forgot he can split into six, he would do to Kurama what he did to Albion and really screw him over lol.
