Hmm I don't think Zoro is quite at shibukai level when it comes to one of their stronger members yet. Since Zoro knows what he is capable of with his df he does have a slight advantage and could hurt Kuma but I think ultimately he would loose but Zoro would not go down easy that's for sure.
