This seemed like a good idea in my head, but keep in mind I also don't know everything there is to know about either series, although I know Jojo is far better

gotta go with jotaro, his punches can break diamond. and his timestop is overall better.

How good is Esdeath's timestop? Because Jotaro can only stop time for 5 seconds.

Diamond busting punches plus small country level+ damage accumulated yeah he takes this.
However the world is still vastly superior.

I've said it once, and I'll likely say it 1,000 more times, Jojo battles involving characters that are not Jojo are always a stomp one way or the other, rarely have I seen a good battle. Either the Jojos stomp or they get stomped. It's never even.
