yeah ive heard great things about allen walker but i havent gotten myself to watch his series

I did a large wiki entry on him. My second largest page. Basically from a stat perspective, they are generally deemed about equal, except that Gon has greater brute strength and Allen durability. Speed and stamina, eh not much of a difference there. Allen's definitely got Gon in the range department and in close quarters, his sword or left arm can easily cut through stone like butter.

Allen's got this with mid-difficulty imo. CA Gon has the strength advantage, but Allen should be more durable, and has a longer reach with SoE.

He is definitely more durable and has greater range. If Gon can close the distance and stay there, he has a much better chance in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure Gon and his scissor could easily cut stone too. It cleanly sliced a chimera and in half. And his rock, well I probably don't have to tell you that. Gon's range isn't the best but he does have his paper. Albeit it's really weak compared to the other two. Gon's enhanced body should be more durable than stone too consider he took a volleyball hit straight on. And the same hit blew into the ceiling.

Oh I don't necessarily doubt the damage of Gon's attacks, it's just Allen is an all rage fighter and has spammed long range attacks unlike Gon. And as for durability, Allen just has him beat. HE took punishment from a level 4 Akuma, with strength feats only surpassed by Meruem and Youpi I dare say. It's rather similar to Uvogin, maybe a trifle weaker, but much more durable.

That's pretty impressive. He should be able to take Rock after Rock then. Would he be resistant to cutting attacks too?

I think he's even more durable against cutting/piercing damage then blunt force damage to be honest. He survived being impaled with his own sword, and that thing is huge lol.

Allen has the versatility and durabilty advantage, while Gon has the strength and speed advantage...close battle, but I'd go with Allen, tbh.

I also think Allen has the edge.

I think Allen's durability is what will help him most here. That along with his sword.

Dont forget about his range advantage.

This is a little tough, but I'm going with Gon on this one. As taicho pointed out, they are close to equals in stats. However, Gon has the advantage in strength, speed (by a pretty decent margin scaling from Killua, who is barely faster than Gon without using Kanmuru), and I think stamina should slightly favor Gon as Gon is a lot more physically fit than Allen and completed the hell that is the Hunter Exam before he even knew what Nen was. Allen definitely edges Gon in durability, range, and versatility. While Allen can keep his range, Gon managed to close the distance on flying opponents like Owl. While Allen is way stronger than Owl, Gon could still close the distance by using his speed advantage. If not he can always use Paper. It will be a fight, but Gon wins with difficulty in the end. If we were talking about Allen with Nea Walker and Giant Arm vs. Adult Gon though then Allen gets the Pitou treatment.

Actually, if it came down to Allen vs Adult Gon, I think SoE could seal Gon's adult form, much like it did Tyki's Noah.
