Could Hokuto No Ken defeat Cell?

This video got me thinking about just that:

Ken attacks Cell when the fight starts and it looks like he got his ass handed to him. He's barley able to touch Cell and is down for the count after one hit. Later he gets to his feet and tells Cell he's already dead. Cell explodes in a dramatic fashion and it looks like it's finally over. Unfortunately, Cell then comes back as Super Perfect Cell and Earth is destroyed. (There's an alternate ending, but I won't spoil it.)

My question is: Could a Hokuto No Ken master potentially kill Cell? I think it's possible, but it would take Cell not knowing about Hokuto No Ken and the master knowing about Cell's regeneration.

Unless Kenshiro uses musou tensei off the bat, Cell would kill him in moments. None of Ken's other moves would prove effective.

If this is a question of can kenshiro beat cell in a fair fight then no but if this is a question of would hokuto shinken's pressure point attacks affect cell then i'd still say no because cell's body is not normal. his pressure points are probably different if he has any at all and he can regen almost anything kenshiro can do to him

yeah lol even if cell explodes (which i'd find ridiculous) he should still be able to survive. anyways, raoh himself was tanking kenshiro's attacks and his body was just a little different.
