While with prepare and with equipment(I assume), Bats still isn't taking this.
Supes knows Bats, he knows what he's capable of, so he finishes him quickly.

Batman's prep ability is really overrated imo. Some people think he could beat the likes of Galactus and Odin with prep, all because "he's Batman".

How batman is written, he can win pretty much any fight if the writer wants him to because he is batman. Even though that can go for any character really, except when batman wins, its because he's batman, and its amazing lol

I always wondered why someone as fast as Superman gets tagged and Batman dodges the beams. Either Superman is a closet masochist or PIS at its finest.
