Razor Eddie vs Cain (Supernatural)

Razor Eddie:

Cain:
No CIS/PIS, no BFR, both in character, win by K.O or death. If Eddie gets stomped, he may use the Speaking Gun, but only for round 2.
Round 1: Razor Eddie pre upgrade, and Cain doesn't have his knife (but he gets a regular knife).
Round 2: Razor Eddie post upgrade, and Cain does get his knife.
Fight takes place in the Nightside.
Who wins?
